From engineering to marketing to law, I'm dedicated to excel in the intellectual property laws. Today, I practice before the Bombay High Court, waking up for the thrill of new challenges that will one day make me the best.
Care to be a part of my journey?
I'm a self-professed intellectual property aficionado with a twist of engineering in my DNA. My engineering was where the sparks of patent passion first flew, setting the stage for a lifelong love affair with all things intellectual property. As an engineer-turned-marketer, I gained a profound appreciation for the value of brands and their creative designs as integral intellectual property assets. The importance of safeguarding and nurturing these assets, as well as the consequences of failing to do so, became apparent.
This realisation set me on a path to the legal profession, with a specific focus on intellectual property law. After obtaining my legal degree, I've had the privilege of working with a global SaaS product, managing their partnership channels. This invaluable experience allowed me to delve into the intricate nuances of intellectual property in collaborative ventures, where the exchange of intellectual property played a pivotal role.
Currently, I practice as an advocate before the Bombay High Court, where my primary focus lies in matters concerning trademarks, and copyrights, among other facets of intellectual property law. As I look to the future, my ambitions include getting exposure to patents in addition to trademarks and copyrights, a goal that has simmered on the back burner for some time. I'm eagerly on the lookout for opportunities to bring these to the forefront.
